Soldiers Memorial Plaza will again play host to the Rib America Festival over Memorial Day Weekend. This is a fun filled family event featuring award winning BBQ, live entertainment from national, regional and local talent, and more! Each rib cooker features their very own special cooking strategy and recipes that make for a truly unique food festival experience. The Rib America Festivals also feature various other food and beverage options all while enjoying the sounds of your favorite live music!
