Fourth annual Soulard Nights Twilight Hay Ride pub-crawl brings
to seven the number of pub-crawls produced since 2001

St. Louis -- October 01, 2004 -- On October 28th, from 7pm until 3am, Soulard Nights will host the fourth annual Twilight Hay Ride Pub-Crawl. 16 Soulard bars will have local bands performing throughout the evening with transportation provided by St. Louis Carriage. Tickets can be purchased at participating Soulard Pubs and through Ticketmaster.com as well as all Ticketmaster outlets. Tickets will be $10.00 in advance ($15.00 day of the event) and exchanged for wristbands on event night at any of the participating pubs. There will be a pumpkin carving contest at Hammerstone’s from 5-8pm. Only twenty contestants will be chosen. There will be $175.00 in prizes. Only ticket holders will be chosen, so make sure you have your wristband on prior to entering the venue.

Six Hay Wagons will circulate the Soulard area, transporting participants to all 16 pubs to enjoy a variety of local bands. The Soulard Nights project is more than a simple pub-crawl; it’s a community event that brings St. Louisans together to enjoy local music, local pubs and the company of other St. Louisans.

The Soulard Nights Collective is comprised of two local promoters: DiMBy Productions (Daniel Brewster), K Square (Ken Krueger). Their mission is to showcase aspiring local artists to the St. Louis community and abroad. In keeping with the Collectives commitment to assist the local artist community, they are planning a bi-annual showcase of talented artists to be held in Soulard. Soulard is already known for the nation’s second largest pub-crawl (Mardi Gras). The collective feels that a bi-annual celebration in Soulard will enhance Soulard’s reputation as “the destination” for good wholesome fun.

Join us at DB’s (located at 1615 S. Broadway in Soulard) at midnight to enter the annual Twilight Halloween Costume Contest. The winner of the contest will receive $200.00. To enter, please arrive at the venue by 11:30pm to sign in.
