Rosemann & Associates, P.C. Completes Windows Lofts ProjectSt. Louis -- January 26, 2006 -- Rosemann & Associates, P.C. completes The Windows Lofts project located in the heart of the Historic Washington Avenue Redevelopment District. Developed by Kevin McGowan and Nat Walsh, Tom Klein with Windows on Washington, and Andy Hillin with Jacob Development Group, the former Business Products Building provides commercial, banquet, and residential spaces. The architecture, planning, and interior design firm says the building was in need of an extensive overhaul after years of commercial renovation hid the unique characteristics of the building. By removing the Business Products Building's 1980s façade, the building revealed its remarkable historic exterior. "We feel we brought back the magic to a building that had been all but rendered invisible by previous restoration," says Project Architect Vince Ebersoldt. "The intent was to transform the dilapidated building into an enviable structure." Rosemann works to provide services that assure a return on investment. Rosemann's business philosophy focuses on communicating with developers, contractors, and consultants guaranteeing a finished project within budget. "Downtown St. Louis' rehabilitation marks an evolutionary era for the city," says Ebersoldt. "Rosemann proudly joins in the venture with our clients to improve the city and to further shape surrounding communities." Complete in December 2005, Window's Lofts features 33 loft condominiums ranging in size between 700 to 1500 square feet. Rosemann's design includes large, open space in which natural light flows into every corner. The building offers basement interior parking, five custom design units, and 4.5 floors of commercial space. Occupants of commercial space include the well known event venue Windows on Washington and Blue Boat Design that specialize in interior finishes such as bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
Other Rosemann projects located in the St. Louis region include The Lucas Lofts Building, The Bogen Lofts Building, The
Packard Lofts Building, The WestGate Lofts Building, and The Paul Brown Building.
