The market for more housing in downtown St. Louis is very strong. Recently, the demand for residential
lofts, condos, and apartments downtown have outweighed the supply. Many of the loft projects that have
been in development over the past few years are just now coming online. Many of projects have been 50%
pre-sold, while others have been sold out. As residents begin to move in this year and next, we
should see other amenities appear as demand increases. For more information on what is available,
